Our vision is to have a Her Moves programme in every village, town, and city in Ireland so that teenage girls can find something that moves them.

If you have a programme/initiative/event that supports the 8 Key Guiding Principles of Success and embodies the Her Moves ethos we want to hear from you!

Please use this form to submit information on your teenage girls’ to seek approval to use the Her Moves branding assets. The Her Moves brand is an important feature for the campaign.

What is Her Moves?

Her Moves is designed to inspire and support more teenage girls to be active. It’s about empowering all young women, building confidence and providing motivation to find something that moves you.

Providers are an invaluable resource in helping teenage girls stay active and pursue a healthy lifestyle. Coaches are knowledgeable in a range of sports and activities and can provide guidance and support to teenage girls who are looking to get into or stay active in sports.

Schools provide a safe and supportive environment for teenage girls to learn and grow and can also provide resources and support to help them stay active and follow a healthy lifestyle. By working together, coaches and schools can help teenage girls to stay active and make healthy choices.
