Her Moves and Thammy Nguyen Visit Two Schools!

Her Moves, Thammy Nguyen and Weightlifting Ireland visited two schools on Friday, October 6th to do introduce over 100 girls to weightlifting!

What a day we had with Her Moves Ambassador, Thammy Nguyen and Weightlifting Ireland on Friday!

Thammy, Weighlifting Ireland, and the Her Moves team were on the ground at Ashbourne Community School yesterday morning and Loreto Balbriggan in the afternoon. These schools were the winners of our Thammy X Her Moves Competition.

Thammy gave amazing motivational talks to the girls which were followed by weightlifting taster sessions led by Thammy and the Weightlifting Ireland coaches. It was amazing for the Her Moves team to see over 100 girls throughout the day try a new sport and have a blast!

A huge thanks to Thammy and the Weightlifting Ireland team for the incredible job they did and inspiring the girls to find something that moves them!
